Have Your Document Ready (But Not Signed!)
Keep your document unsigned until we’re together—that’s a must for notarization. If you’re not sure what kind of notarization you need (acknowledgment or jurat), you can text or email me a photo of the document. I’ll help guide you or suggest how to confirm with the issuing agency.
Bring Valid Photo ID
Acceptable ID includes:
California or U.S. driver’s license
Passport (U.S. or foreign with visa documentation)
State-issued ID card
Must be current or issued within the last 5 years
Choose a Good Spot
We’ll need a clean, flat surface (a table, desk, or counter is perfect) to go through your documents and sign everything comfortably.
Be Ready to Pay at Time of Service
I accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, or card (on request).
Pricing Recap:
$70 Standard Appointment (Weekdays 9am–6pm)
$95 After-Hours / Weekend / Same-Day
$15 per extra signature (after the first 2)
Parking fee only if your location requires paid parking
